I had an excellent experience especially Mike the tech! They offered same-day service with a free estimate and a 30-day warranty. I really appreciated their transparent pricing—they had a menu of set prices in a binder, which made me feel much more confident about giving them the job. Compared to other quotes I received, their pricing was fair and competitive. Mike, the technician, was absolutely incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Even my dogs liked him! The service was quick, efficient, and hassle-free, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Great communication, honesty, and customer service—this is now my go-to plumber! Highly recommend.

Blue Planet is the best plumbing service we have used! They are always on time, extremely professional and reliable. In addition to getting the job done fast and efficiently, they have always been extremely clean and courteous with regards to flooring and surrounding areas. We have had issues in the past with other plumbers staining our light carpet with black residue while performing drain work. However, Blue Planet is the complete opposite- and even left the sink cleaner than it was before (after a bad clog had sat in there for days, during a holiday weekend!) To top it off, they even honored a coupon for us after they charged us, when we realized we forgot to use it. Wonderful job from the office administrator on this, who was also very kind and friendly!

Quick service, competitive prices, and great customer service. Had to completely replace my main sewer line connection under my drive way. They were also the only plumber of four quotes who included concrete repair.

These guys are the best! Yukio was very professional and arrived onsite quickly. He discovered the source of our problem and showed it to us on the camera. He resolved the problem and made recommendations. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

Cast iron sewer line and laterals in my 1959 San Diego house were shot. After getting bids from multiple companies to hydrojet then line the existing sewer lines, I called Blue Planet for a bid to pipe burst the existing lines and replace. I'm happy I decided to go with Blue Planet. Project lead Mike was great to work with and he and his assistant Yosio are incredibly hard workers. They had a great attitude, listened carefully, and also worked smoothly with the city inspector when he came to sign off on their work. At a fair price, Blue Planet replaced my original 3 inch main line with a brand new 4 inch line, and also replaced all the laterals with new pipe. They also added cleanouts on both ends of the sewer line and poured new concrete where they had to trench. After seeing the condition of the old pipes, I'm really glad I went with Blue Planet's pipe bursting approach rather than epoxy lining—which would have just put a veneer inside very bad pipes. Keep in mind that the pipe-bursting process is messy because you will have to dig holes on both ends of your sewer line run and anywhere you need to replace laterals. But when the work is done it's worth the temporary mess because it's a permanent solution that gives you brand new sewer lines no matter how old your house—so reassuring to know that my wastewater problems are solved for good. Would definitely recommend Blue Planet for your sewer line repairs!

I cannot say enough about Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing, Inc. I was able to get a service call the same day sfter discovering a leak. Abraham came to our home and he was amazing! He first took care of a toilet leak very promptly & he was very professional and nice. The next day, additional work had to be done on a hot water main line that required cutting drywall to repair the leak. Abraham explained everything that had to be done & he did a very good job on the repairs and cleaning up from the drywall removal. I would definitely recommend Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing and especially Abraham.

Blue Planet did an excellent job in replacing over 65' of sewer line. Most done by pipe bursting. It went great. They had to overcome some issues with unexpected ground water in our area but handled it very well. Mike and his crew did a great job and kept us informed of progress. They provided pictures after job completion. Highly recommend Blue Planet.
